30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible frames. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
Eligibility
- Frames must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Original packaging, case, and accessories must be included.
- Frames with lenses fitted by an optician are not eligible for return. Once lenses have been cut and installed, the frame is considered used.
- Demo lenses (the non-prescription lenses included with the frame) must not be removed or replaced before return.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Ship the frames back in their original packaging at your expense. We recommend tracked shipping.
- Refunds (minus the 20% restocking fee) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund — no restocking fee applies. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original frames for a refund and place a new order for the frame you want.
